Thanks Paulo- looks interesting. Will check it out. I think it'd be a good suggestion to rename the original files in case you'd ever want to revert back.
This means I'll have to let someone shoot at me to try them

Thank you Paulo ,
new sound is downright scary when getting hit ,
I wish I know how the historic sound was , let's say from inside
for example B17 when crew were attacked , what was the sound like
when bullets were hitting the plane on various places .
How did you created this sound ? did you found some historical related
material to make this sound ?
Well , I like it anyway , just would love to know how is it related to history .

I just replace one of the sounds of impact by one of the Ricochet, because it gave more of printing gun, not a stone on the tin.
It is not possible to reach the historic perfection, there are limits ... as in my FW and BF109G sound, I try to increase the sense of real plane, we never had a real sound of BMW801, because there is a file of sufficient quality to put them on your game, but there are radial engine, with the same number of piston, which will give us something close by is the maximum that can be done ...
This sound was recorded by a camera near the target, an old car, the shooting was done at 120m and reached an angle of 30, making the sound of ricochet.

That's amazing and probably closest more real sound as it can get with bullets hitting sound .
Will there be some new surprise from you soon ?
